How to Create Art Image Rotating Effects in Android Studio.

To achieve a rotating effect for a music player's art image, synchronized with music playback, you can follow these steps. Assuming you have a MediaPlayer for music playback, the rotation animation will be dynamically applied and synchronized with the playback.



1. Create Animation Resource File

Create an XML file in the res/anim directory to define the rotation animation. Let's name it rotate_animation.xml:
